What's In Yir Box? B
So here we are with the second part of this series and I was slightly surprised with the B's which is strange as I should know the contents of box but I was sure that there was a Bauhaus single in there, it maybe made way for the Big Deal single which is only from a year and a bit ago which I had to listen to again to see if it deserved to be in this box and after listening to both sides I wonder why I ever doubted myself.
So here in full is the singles from artists starting with B that I think warrant saving over all the others:-
Bessie Banks - Go Now
Battles - Demons
The Beat - Best Friend/Stand Down Margaret
Belle and Sebastian - Lazy Line Painter Jane
Big Deal - Talk
The Big Pink - Velvet
Blancmange - The Day Before You Came
Blondie - Dreaming
Blondie - Union City Blue
BMX Bandits - Serious Drugs
Bourgie Bourgie - Breaking Point
Billy Bragg - Between The Wars ep
Billy Bragg - Waiting For The Great Leap Forwards
Bright Eyes - Lua
Buzzcocks - Ever Fallen In Love (With Someone You Shouldn't 've?)
Blancmange - The Day Before You Came

What - no Bananorama in there!
Seriously some good stuff well worth saving
Just read the record-storage ones. What about a series of "totally pish albums I own"? After all, you can never throw any purchases out, much to Jo's utter disbelief. I think one of your fellow bloggers has commented that such an act would be illegal!
Indeed and punishable by being made to listen to a Marrillion album in its entirety!
Guys, there is no crime heinous enough to warrant being made to listen to a whole Marillion or Phil Collins vocal era Genesis for that matter.
I think George may have have just come up with the perfect series to resurrect This Blog Continues To Decline.
I was very happy to see Bessie Banks at the top of the list ;-)
VS - it is one of my favourite tracks of all time
