It's Friday . . . Let's Dance

No words that I could write could adequately convey the sheer brilliance of today's track, so I'm not going to bother.

Released in 1993 on the Boys Own label, I don't think that anything else released by Underworld ever came close to Rez.

Have a good weekend people.

It's Friday . . . Let's Dance

Today's track is probably my favourite dance tune of all time, it just keeps building and building and even now, 15 years on it still makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

I remember purchasing it from Fopp on Byres Rd as it was on the Junior Boys Own label and everything on that label was good, although very, very few, well none were ever as good as this.

BTW - yesterday was quite an eventful day, not only was it my birthday but I also got my first take down notice for copyright infringement from box.net. Apparently Mr Bowie has not made enough money down the years and my posting of a crackly rip of Absolute Beginners is a threat to his empire. No David, that was Tin Machine.

Also I'm happier than a pig in shite, as Mrs Smug was sacked by The Great White in Hell's Kitchen. Is it just me or is Ade Edmondson a 2 faced git?
