It's Friday . . . Let's Dance?
I will keep this brief as after two days in Luton my brain is fried. Do you ever get the feeling you are doing a completely different job from your contemporaries?
Today's track is a remix by that minor deity of left field dance music Andrew Weatherall. From his first purple patch, Everything Grooves part 1 is 9 minute laid back groove another of those tracks that you can lose yourself in. One of the many things I love about Lord Sabre's remixes is that they are usually lengthy affairs ensuring that you get your money's worth.
Have a good weekend people.
btw - are you a learner/player or a victim/knower and do you really care?

*starts singing:
"I'm a picker / I'm a grinner / I'm a lover / And I'm a sinner / Playin' my music in the sun.."
(Okay, I'm sorry, I'm stuck home with nothing to do today so I couldn't resist it..)

I'm a lover, not a fighter
sometimes you eat the bar, sometimes she eats you

Anon, you're contributions are always insightful.
I have had my fill of cod psychology and mgmt speak this week guys. If I speak over the weekend at all it will be in short clear statements with no ambiguity or and certainly no fucking "am I not clever" pish buzz words.
I am going for ice and then I am going to have a very large gin!
Classic ISTJ response
'Minor deity'?
Bollocks to jargon.
WHAT THE FUCK IS AN ISTJ THEN?
9 minutes is about 7 minutes too long for me of a pop song although I I must say with my ex that was about all he could manage. You've empty glasses over at David's you need to bring to the bar, I am not your mother
I've just listened to that track for the first time ever - it's a bit good, ta
Part 2 is just as good Mr H.
INTJ me
Aaah, Davy: Stack Waddy ... fabulous response!!
Have just googled ISTJ and learnt the following...
ISTJ (introversion, sensing, thinking, judgment) is an abbreviation used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to refer to one of sixteen personality types. The MBTI assessment was developed from the work of prominent psychiatrist Carl G. Jung in his book Psychological Types. Jung proposed a psychological typology based on the theories of cognitive functions that he developed through his clinical observations.
From Jung's work, others developed psychological typologies. Jungian personality assessments include the MBTI assessment, developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, developed by David Keirsey. Keirsey referred to ISTJs as Inspectors, one of the four types belonging to the temperament he called the Guardians. ISTJs account for about 10–14% of the population.
So there you go.
What a load of pish SA. But thanks for bothering to look it up, more that I could be arsed doing!
Jung! ooft!!!Where would we be without him.
