How about a little bit of jazzy tinged, Housey, Italian blue eyed soul to start off a new week. If you close your eyes and concentrate hard enough, it is no longer january and the sky definitely isn't slate grey but a rather bright blue and lovely and warm.

So anyway drew. When I heard today that England & Wales should follow Scotland's example when it comes to abstaining from alcohol, I thought of you - then the broader implications of such a statement ... and I then pissed myself laughing.
a lot of abstaining going on here at the moment Dickie. I was quite pleased by HM Govt's latest decree as a doctor friend of mine insisits it's 3 days a week you need leave the demon drink well alone for. Now I can tell him he's talking shite and so says the Bulingdon Boys. . . er, I might just take the doc's advice after all.
So if you abstain every 3 days but drink four pints of Stella, two bottles of Wolf Blass and a litre and a half of vodka each of the other 4, is that OK then?
Phew, that's a relief.
PS: Back to the record, many plays later - lawdy, this is so good I'm going to have to buy the album.
PPS: OK, I've found it online and given it a listen. Nothing on it is quite as good as this.
