Just because I'm "aff it" for the duration of January doesn't mean that everyone else has to abstain. I would suggest some Whisky, scotch without the e and of an Islay variety would be my choice but I'm not partaking so do what ever you like with it but please no coke in scotch that would be beyond the pale and bad whiskey indeed.

Still aff it eh? It's a long month baby.

You still 'ere? Wiv yer Britvic Orange and Friday night arm waving mullarkey. Where's the pic of that dancing bird with the big hole in the front of her shirt?
Who luvs ya baby?
Ah had some Leapfrog at Christmas thanks to the Father In Law.
Once had a very nice night with a bunch of mates where we sat around for an evening with about 9 bottles of rather nice varieties of whisky, possibly about 500 quids worth. There were maybe six of us. We finished the lot by about 4am and then started on some very nice coffee. Wired on caffeine and drunk on whisky was a rather good way of spending a night. I sat the whole night next to the stereo playing some decent tunes.
Love a drop of whiskey but couldn't get on with the Islay ones. Oban, The Macallan are faves. Or Bailie Nicol Jarvie and J and B Rare for a blended
I love the Islay malts but my favourite is the 15 year old Balvenie. I used to work in a pub that stocked over 60 malts and he used to get a bottle of the 15 year old Balvenie for him and I to have after a Saturday night shift.
I can't drink a lot of it at a time as the red mist decends and I get more than a little arabocious.
I have a new picture of a dancing burd for your delictation next Friday DVD.
Seconding you on the 15 yr Balvenie, it is the Dobie Grays, if I may put it that way.
Hands aloft x

Glad you haven't decided to throw in the towel.

It's a blend, but this is my choice for the water of god at the moment. Although I've started to take it with just a drop of water, or in the last couple of weeks whilst brought down with a nasty little bugger of a cold, a glug of ginger wine.
